We process the information, split it into semantic chunks, and store it in a vector database with PostgreSQL on Supabase.
03 · AI agent configuration
We build the workflow in n8n: webhook, conversation memory, OpenAI connection, structured output parser (JSON with reply, route, lead_stage).
04 · ManyChat integration
We connect the agent to your messaging channels. We configure the routing flows based on the agent's responses.
05 · Testing and fine-tuning
We test with real scenarios, adjust the prompt, routing rules, and agent behavior.

Do I need to have ManyChat already configured?
No. We can configure it from scratch or connect to your existing account.
Can the bot make mistakes or give incorrect information?
It only responds with the information we provide it. If it doesn't know something, it says so and transfers to a human. It doesn't make up answers.
What happens when the bot can't resolve the query?
We configure a human transfer (handoff) flow. The agent detects when it should escalate and notifies your team with the conversation context.
How long does it take to implement?
